Wellington ended their Somerset Cricket Board Indoor League Division A campaign in mid table in the six team division following this three wicket loss to Barrington, who will play the Red and Blacks second team next summer, last Sunday evening. The main outcome of the League’s AGM for 2017 as was held on the evening of Monday 11th December was that both propositions for ‘classic’ Overseas Players to be allowed in the SCL in 2018 were defeated; the opening proposal was for OS players (not the OP2 variety that are still allowed…) to be permitted to play at ALL levels and this was comfortably defeated. A complimentary proposal to allow OS players at the top two levels only was defeated by
