Wellington Sunday XI v North Petherton Sunday XI

Wellington’s Taunton and District Sunday League Division A season ended in a bit of an anti-climax when WEPL Somerset Division club North Petherton were unable to raise a side to play at Courtland Road last weekend. As a result Wellington received 20 points and Petherton were docked ten and Wellington are left to watch how Taunton St Andrews and Wembdon play out their seasons; points advantages of 28 over Wembdon and 38 over TSA exist with the previously named sides

Hello All members This years Club Dinner & Awards evening has been brought forward and will be held on Saturday 22nd September at The Cleve Hotel in Wellington arriving at 6.30pm for a meal, music and dancing. Wellington Sunday XI’s Taunton and District Sunday League Division A game at WEPL Somerset Divsion club Wembdon was called off last weekend given the torrents that came down on Saturday night and into Sunday morning.
