Wellington Sunday XI top Division A of the Taunton and District Sunday League despite this eight run loss to fellow WEPL Somerset Division side Wembdon in a T20 match that was played on Monday evening as a replacement for the original match that was due to have been played on World Cup Final Day back in July. Wellington Sunday XI recorded a fourth Taunton and District Sunday League win last weekend as they got past West Somerset League side Bagborough by two wickets in a 28 over per side game that saw some rain interruptions limit the overs available. Bagborough batted first and saw Tom Shannon take a wicket in his first over as B.Jones was bowled for a duck.
