Fitzhead Crusaders 291-9 Wellington 3rd XI 130-8

Wellington 3rd XI had done really well with the ball to reduce second placed Fitzhead Crusaders to 160-9 in Division Seven South of the Somerset League, but the game was taken away from them as the visitors last wicket added a phenomenal 131 runs for the last wicket. Welllington Sunday XI were in good form once more when they travelled to Somerset League Division Two club Wells last weekend for a friendly match and came away victorious by six wickets. Wellington were edged out by just sixteen runs in this Terry Mockridge Memorial Shield Quarter Final last Monday evening when the Red and Blacks travelled to the unbeaten leaders of the WEPL Somerset Division for some evening T20 action. Club Mark 2018

Somerset Cricket Board has advised that our Club Mark Re-Accreditation has been signed off and we have this award in place for another three years.
