Wellington Sunday XI’s defence of the Taunton and District Sunday League title started at the Wyvern Club last weekend when the Red and Blacks fell to a five wicket defeat having posted a decent total. Wellington 2nd XI tied in Division Five of the Somerset League for a second time in a week as they chased Taunton Deane 3rd XI’s massive first innings total all the way at Pitminster last weekend.
