The Club are pleased to have received the PPA’s donation of a gazebo that will be a useful addition to Club events and social gatherings. The gazebo will be officially presented at the PPA’s AGM/Lunch event on Saturday 20th May when the 1st XI plays North Perrott in the WEPL Somerset Division. This is the latest in a number of kind donations that the PPA has made to the Club in the past few years.

Shellie Jarman has kindly taken on the task of arranging a Team and Supporters Bus for the Somerset Cricket Board Under 19s T20 Blast Finals Day 2016 on Sunday 21st August, which the Warriors have qualified for. The event takes place at Uphill Castle CC and Weston Super Mare CC (we will be playing on WSM CC’s Pitch Two for both of our Pool D games). The bus will leave from Wellington Football Club Car Park at 8.00am sharp and will proceed to Stonegallows in Taunton
Thanks go to everyone who attended and worked on the PPA’s Evening Barbecue event last weekend. The Club’s Past Players Association will be holding their annual Evening Barbecue Event after tea in the 1st XI’s home WEPL Somerset Division game with Frome on Saturday 23rd July.
