Wellington Squash Club

Thursday, September 27th, 2007

Wellington Squash Club has now been in its own premises for 29 years.
The club is run by the members for the members, based on a mutual trust to enjoy playing squash and to contribute to a thriving and developing club. Any surpluses are ploughed back to improve or expand facilities.
At present three teams compete in the Somerset squash League, and there are internal competitions for all members. Coaching is available and every effort is made to help members develop their game, though building a friendly, sociable atmosphere is considered as importatnt as improving squash. Wednesday evening is the main Club Night for new and old members to get together and play and enjoy the good social scene. Why not come down around 7.00pm and see for yourself.

As encouragement there will be a happy hour from 7.00pm with discounted drinks.
If you are not a member and want to come along to see what we do then you are most welcome. We are always on the look out for new members to boost the ranks and play competitive squash. The club is located between the Bowls club and Rugby club at the end of Corams Lane.
