Tie to savour
WELLINGTON have a tie to savour in the FA Vase.
They have been drawn away to fellow Toolstation Premier outfit Ilfracombe Town in the first qualifying round on September 6.
The North Devon club’s assistant manager is former Wellington boss Dave Sheehan while their leading scorer for the past two seasons has been ex-Tangerines striker Leon Taswell.
The tie’s winners are away to Tavistock in the second qualifying round on September 20.
