INJURY-RAVAGED Wellington hit back from being 2-0 down to earn a point in Bristol yesterday.
With a squad featuring a string of reserve-team players, they looked to be heading for defeat as Manor Farm scored either side of the interval.
But Wellington improved as the game wore on and pulled a goal back from the penalty spot, Jack Adams scoring after a foul on Craig Herrod.
With nine minutes remaining, a Mark Burgess corner was flicked on by Scott Holland for County Gazette sports editor Greg Jackson to head the equaliser.
