The Management Committee has come up with a list of top level tasks that need to be performed over this three day period; laying of the patio outside of the Clubhouse, erecting the outdoor nets and doing work on the square are all on the agenda.

An e-mail is to be sent out asking for what time slots you can do work in; by collating this information we can work out the best way to do the work we need to.

The Chairman wishes to see ALL members offer some time over this weekend to doing some of this work; by all offering a few hours of our time we can get the work required to be done completed and sorted in an orderly fashion.
