Majority to effect rule changes is now 50% + 1 vote

All regional divisions (7N, 7S, 8N, 8S, 9N and 9S) will now play 40 overs per innings

All divisions will be subject to no bowler being able to bowl more than 20% of the overs available in any innings (2nd XI – 9 max, 3rd XI – 8 max)
