This evening has seen the last of the indoor practice session for seniors and we now move outdoors.

Weather permitting as always the senior section will start outdoor sessions on Wednesday 18th April from 6.30pm and the youth section will commence the week after; please speak with the relevant junior section manager to find out their specific plans for their opening session.

Fixture Cards for 2012 are to be collected this Friday afternoon and will be dispensed from there – see your team captain or manager for a copy in the coming week or two.

Senior matches start this weekend with games at Trull on Saturday 14th April and at Taunton Deane on Sunday 15th April – those selected for these games will be informed by the usual method with Richard Henwood in charge on the Saturday and Paul Short on the Sunday.

We have two more weekends of Saturday and Sunday action after this weekend with a visit to Exeter and visits from North Perrott, Bridgwater (for a Sunday League fixture) and Street before the Somerset League starts on Saturday 5th May with the 1st XI at home to North Petherton and the 2nd XI away to Wembdon 2nd XI.

Junior matches begin on Friday 4th May for the Under 11s playing away to Lydeard St Lawrence and on Sunday 6th May for the Under 13s (Chard away) and the Under 15s (North Petherton home).
