Dear WCC Colleague, The three dates above are to be used to complete the new Pavilion Clubhouse and Bar that has been one of the central items of Club activity in the past few months; there are other tasks to complete such as erection of the outdoor nets and work on the square too.

We need ALL to commit to a few hours over the weekend to undertake the tasks required, so please feed through to our Facilities Project Managers Simon Rudd (sales@getpaddedup.co.uk) and Bob Trott (ARTrott@kings-taunton.co.uk) your availability – we are working on six time slots over the weekend; these are 9.00am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 5.00pm each day.

Please consider what you can do and let Simon and Bob know as soon as you can – please send your availability to them both so they can best plan for the weekend.

To make this work we all need to put something in – the rewards are great, so please support YOUR Club over this time.
