Following a recent Management Committee meeting it has been decided that the Club will adopt the ECB guidance on Child Protection matters. The procedure can be viewed on the ECB website at

This means that most people connected with the club will need to complete a Vetting Check (CRB check).

This entails completing the necessary CRB form and sending it to the ECB at the address given.

Posts which require CRB clearance include the following,

Welfare Officer, Coaches and any Assistants, Umpires, Scorers, Youth Managers, Club Captain, Other Team Captains.

Some other posts may need vetting checks at the discretion of the club.

These include Ground Staff and Tea Making Staff.
