The game, due to have been played at Taunton CC, was always in a bit of doubt when Monday dawned cloudy and damp, but the afternoon’s drizzle and mist gave way to a torrential downpour at the end of the working day and this washed play away.

The two teams will need to meet soon to see which one of them plays Taunton St Andrews, of WEPL Premier One, in the Final at Somerset CCC on Wednesday 22nd June.

This is Wellington’s first game at this stage since 1997 and they are one game away from a first Baker Cup Final since 1987.
