Complimentary Funding ref Facility Developments

Thursday, January 12th, 2012

Today Federation Executive members Roger Nunn and David Derrick met with Louise Treacher from the 4George funding organisation; Louise is working with the Federation and Taunton Deane Borough Council to secure funding in addition to the Section 106 finances that are related to the Cade’s Farm 1 housing development.

A value of £460k has been put on the work required to complete the Federation’s ideal solution to this matter and Louise will be working to secure the gap in funding between this figure and what the Cade’s Farm 1 pot is worth.

Time is of the essence and work has to be completed by April for submission of a grant application to Sport England.

More details as and when they are available; stakeholder Clubs are asked to give of their time and to supply information in this respect if required.
