Papers for this meeting – to be held at Wellington RFC on Thursday 17th January at 8.00pm – have been issued as is appropriate.

It should be noted that this is not intended to be a business meeting as it is the Annual General Meeting and it’s primary purpose is to receive reports based on the previous session and to elect officers for the new session.

There will be an opportunity to ask business related questions later in the evening.

There will be a complimentary buffet on offer on the evening too.
